I feel like Jayce’s brilliance isn’t acknowledged enough in fics or meta. He’s an engineer, he’s great at drawing, he’s a craftsman and knows how to forge, he’s Extremely adaptable to situations!! Hes a problem solver, he picks a direction to go and sprints towards it. He’s brilliant in so many different ways!! I actually think social politeness is like…his weakest area lmao. I’m not saying he isn’t good at it. I think He’s an extrovert and a ppl pleaser too but I feel like he just doesn’t connect v much with ppl more like he’s more capable of the illusion of connection by performing a bit… if that makes sense. But I feel ppl emphasize this trait the most when it’s like the least true. I feel like he would get tired of socializing after awhile if it’s with people he doesn’t truly have a genuine connection with, kind of like a masking thing.

for my aus they usually just start off w One single thing that ends up devolving .

for my dusk au it started with the drawing of dm playing on the gameboy color and i just expanded from there . for joseon au i just wanted to draw them in hanbok and i started thinking of lore as i drew . for muse au i just wanted to draw the imagery of an artist standing before a painting of their muse and i had been meaning to make a 20th century dm au so i just mixed the two tgth .

so ultimately its js i have a single tiny idea abt smth i think is marginally interesting and then while im drawing i keep thinking of things that are related and making lore for it . LOLLL . my thoguht process when it comes to story writing and au making is very bullshitty and brainstorm based . not. too much thought goes into it which makes sense bc yk im js here 2 have fun LOL!

for my art style it really just comes down to me taking inspo from other artists and also doing studies and applying what i learn 2 my art . sometimes i forget that i even have my own art style bc 2 me it feels like an amalgamation of other peoples art styles or just an application of my art studies . but ig ultimately tahts what an artstyle is LOL .

i never rlly had like a moment of finding my art style or anything like that . it just happened . like i keep darwing and i just. end up drawing things a certain way. and ig that becomes part of my style .
